The staff was friendly and cute, especially Claudio. Good breakfast. Convenient location near the metro. Nice restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious rooms with a mini fridge.

Located in a rundown, horrible area of Rome, Center 1-2 is conveniently close to the metro station and transportation options. The rooms are reasonably sized and clean, with a helpful staff. If you can overlook the run-down neighborhood, this hotel can be a good base for exploring the city.
It's impossible to shower without getting everything wet due to poor bathroom design and lack of proper facilities.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its central location. Despite being located in a side street after a long walk from the train station, it is conveniently situated near a bus and tram station, making it easy to explore the city using public transport. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast included in the hotel cost is a nice add-on, although the coffee machine could be warmer and it would be better if cold milk was available for cereals.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with our room and bathroom being cleaned every day. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the 24-hour reception and the option to store our bags before and after check-in. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station, making it easy to travel around this city. there were nice restaurants nearby, perfect for grabbing a meal.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Convenient location near public transport, including tram. Clean room with daily turn down service and fresh towels. Good breakfast with tasty croissants. Excellent WiFi and 24-hour reception, with convenient bag storage available.
